Who is responsible?
StemBond Technologies is responsible for the information we use to operate this website and respond to enquiries. Contact Andrew@StemBond.tech with a privacy question or request.
Website measurement and your choice
If you allow analytics, we use Umami Cloud to understand which pages are useful, how visitors reach the site, and whether our films and enquiry routes work well. Reports include page visits, referral websites, approximate location, browser and device type, film starts and viewing milestones, and clicks on selected enquiry links. These statistics help us improve the website.
We do not send names, email addresses, form contents, experimental details, URL query strings or fragments to Umami. A click to open an email draft is counted as a click, not as a received enquiry. Film milestones describe how far playback reached, not proof that someone watched every preceding second.
Umami does not use analytics cookies. Its service processes network and browser information to estimate visits, device type and location; Umami says visitors’ IP addresses are not stored. It groups visits using hashed identifiers with rotating salts. Its reports can show the pages and actions within a pseudonymous session, without a name or email address. We do not provide names, account IDs or our own visitor identifiers, and do not enable session recordings, advertising tracking or cross-site profiling. See Umami’s measurement definitions and privacy policy. Our Umami Cloud account uses its US (Oregon) data region. Our free plan retains analytics for six months.
Our purpose is website improvement, not advertising or identifying particular visitors. Analytics runs only after you give consent. You can decline or withdraw consent using the controls below or the Analytics choices link in the footer, without affecting access to the website or films. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement; it does not undo processing already completed. We also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.

A saved choice lasts 180 days in this browser for this website address. Set it separately if you use both www.stembond.tech and stembond.tech, or another browser. Clearing browser storage removes the choice and switches analytics off until you agree again. No analytics runs when JavaScript is disabled.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small values stored by your browser. Similar browser storage can also remember choices. We use the following technologies. The preference entry is written only when you choose a setting.

Security and requested functionality are the purposes of the security cookie and quote storage. Preference storage is used only to remember your choice. You can also manage cookies and site storage in your browser settings; blocking essential storage may affect these features. Cloudflare explains its security cookies here.
Contact and Early Access enquiries
The Contact and Early Access forms prepare an email draft on your device. They do not submit your details to a website database or CRM. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it in your email application. Please avoid patient information, confidential protocols and unpublished data.
If you send an email, we use the details you provide to answer it and manage the resulting research, commercial or investment conversation. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract when applicable. Information may be handled by our email and business-service providers and people who need it to respond. We keep correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.
Quote builder and request inbox
The quote builder is available to explore and prepare a request. Online submission and the request inbox are not yet connected, and no live requests are being collected through them. Reviewing or copying a quote request does not send it. Contact details and experimental context remain on the current page and are not saved in its session storage.
Hosting and films
OpenAI Sites hosts this website and our public film host, using Cloudflare infrastructure. Delivering and protecting the site involves technical request information such as IP addresses, browser information and requested resources. Provider processing, retention and international transfers are described in OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Films begin when you choose to play them. The introduction streams from this website; customer films and the complete pitch stream from StemBond’s public film host. No sign-in is required. We do not embed YouTube or other advertising-supported video players.
Search and external resources
Google Search Console reports how this public website appears in Google Search. It does not add a visitor-tracking script to these pages. Publication and application-note links open the relevant publisher or Google Drive service, which handles visits under its own privacy arrangements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct personal information, request its deletion or restriction, object to its use, or ask for a portable copy. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Email Andrew@StemBond.tech. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
